Bread, oil, milk, eggs... The Typical grocery set. However scientists advise to extend it with some other special products - very useful, but for some reason unpopular among the population.

Cherry. Many of us prefer to this sour fruit more sweet and large sweet-cherry. And vainly. In cherries there is a treasury of antioxidants (which help to struggle with ageing and age illnesses) and anti-inflammatory substances.

Kiwi. It is not very easy to peel this fruit. But that is hidden inside, worth it. In one kiwi there is 115 % of the minimum daily dose of vitamin C and it contains approximately only 45 kcals!

Salmon. Cod-liver oil is the best source of the omega-3 acids supporting health of heart and normal work of a brain. The same substances as doctors assume, are capable to struggle with inflammatory processes and even to improve mood. A few sandwiches or sushi (for fans of a Japanese cuisine) 2-3 times a week will be enough.

Coconut. This product is considered to be fat. Partly it is the truth - in a coco, as well as in any nut, it is a lot of fats. But it is especial fats. It has mineral salts, iron and calcium, and also fat acids, which help to fight with infection.

  Women including in the diet many of water containing products, have lower index of weight of a body and more a slender waist.

If we put the list of products which help us growing thin, which contain not less than 90 % water, products from this list will help an organism to get useful substances.

It is paradoxical, but water helps us to grow thin. And, certainly, we don't mean replacement of firm food with water, but we mean a diet of a considerable quantity of products (vegetables and fruit) which consist of water in a greater degree.

Broccoli

The grapefruit is ideally combined with avocado. Grapefruit is a source of calcium, magnesium, vitamin C and vitamins of group B.

Salad

This plant is quite often included in every possible diet owing to its low caloric content: 120-150 calories in 1kg product. It stabilizes the sugar maintenance in blood and promotes strengthening of immune system. The leaves of salad torn by any slices, seasoned with olive oil and vinegar - an excellent dish for growing thin.

Spinach

These greens are rich with iron, folic acid, vitamin K, antioxidants (beta carotene and vitamin C), which are good for eyes.
