Be considerate to what you eat
One of the main factors influencing the health of the person is quality of a food. Our organism is the difficult mechanism, which demands daily receipt of the necessary nutritious substances. To possess a good health, it is necessary for us to take fibers, fats, water, vitamins, and minerals. Deficiency of any nutrient is at the bottom of any infringements in a human body: starting from lung indispositions to a death. Almost all products which we use in food are exposed to the influence of consecutive destruction of environment. Because of technical progress, acid rains, and other harmful influences we have almost no "clean" products. Industrial and chemical waste filters into ground waters, getting to the final result in a foodstuff. Besides, vegetative products are grown up by means of chemical fertilizer. Fresh vegetables and fruit are bought in the markets and in shops. However what is the price of this "freshness"? Usually since harvesting before appearing of these products on a table passes really much time. Unfortunately, thus the quality of products is almost lost. An efficient part of vegetative production gathers long before they get ripen, and that is why we get fruits and vegetables with low nutritive quality. After gathering, products are transported on the big distances and stored long time. Vitamins, minerals and nutrients are lost at each stage. Chemical food additives are added in products for many reasons. They are used for taste strengthening, delay of damaging.
Our organism assumes all necessary for it from all food we have. Even a diet based on the main groups nutritious substances, does not provide all needs of an organism. It is well known, how much dangerous today's products are and as a result how poor for vitamins our food is. The human body possesses the extraordinary congenital wisdom, and not less remarkable ability to self-healing. It knows that it is necessary for it, even when we do not know it. If we provide an organism with all nutritious components, it will choose all necessary and also will manage to overcome all illnesses. Besides, we shouldn't try to get some products which are exported as they can be healthy for people from the countries where they grow. Our bodies were born with these or that needs for necessary vitamins. And only fruits and vegetables from our district will help us and will be healthy for our nutrition. Other thing is when you live in some north area where almost nothing is growing, and then you have to get foodstuffs from the nearest area. Remember again about the conditions of transporting and the length of its import to your district. How much vitamins will be left after all this transporting, and after changing the temperatures while importing? I guess not much!
But there is an alternative for fresh fruits and vegetables. It is juice! We have quite certain stereotype about advantage of juice and nectars. Wake anyone in the middle of the night and ask, what is juice useful for, all will answer - for vitamins. And this true, certainly, is true, juice and nectars contain valuable and irreplaceable to our health food substances useful to our health.
We can nowhere get such vitamins which we receive with fruit-vegetable juice and for which presence of preventive action is proved. First and the most important of all it is the vitamin C promoting maintenance of the immune status of an organism. And if we have enough vitamin C in our organism, so we can reduce even a hint of disease.
The healthy balanced diet should be based on various products, mainly vegetative (instead of an animal) origins. There is no product which could provide our organism with all necessary substances. Therefore a food should be as much as possible various.
And what is more important - we should choose what we buy in the market not only looking on the bright cover but also reading the content of this or that foodstuff. Remember that the healthy life depends very much on healthy food. It is never late to start healthy life, to be considerate to your nutrition, to think about your breakfast beforehand but not for 5 minutes to your leaving. Eat healthy food and become a bit healthier! Not the less important thing in nutrition is the reasonable approach. Health has a sense of proportion like no other. And it is final, the food should give pleasure, only then it goes on advantage.
