Chocolate Truths: the friend or the enemy?

First we knew chocolate as a spicy/bitter drink - today this has evolved to be delicious cocoa.  And it was only 150 years ago chocolate that saw chocolate take the modern firm form as we now know it.

Chocolate has been a favorite delicacy of children and adults since its creation. It has been a product accused of being both sinful and helpful. And only after recent studies at the beginning of a new millennium has research proved the health benefits of chocolate.

Bread, oil, milk, eggs... The Typical grocery set. However scientists advise to extend it with some other special products - very useful, but for some reason unpopular among the population.

Cherry. Many of us prefer to this sour fruit more sweet and large sweet-cherry. And vainly. In cherries there is a treasury of antioxidants (which help to struggle with ageing and age illnesses) and anti-inflammatory substances.

Kiwi. It is not very easy to peel this fruit. But that is hidden inside, worth it. In one kiwi there is 115 % of the minimum daily dose of vitamin C and it contains approximately only 45 kcals!

B One of the main factors influencing the health of the person is quality of a food. Our organism is the difficult mechanism, which demands daily receipt of the necessary nutritious substances. To possess a good health, it is necessary for us to take fibers, fats, water, vitamins, and minerals. Deficiency of any nutrient is at the bottom of any infringements in a human body: starting from lung indispositions to a death. Almost all products which we use in food are exposed to the influence of consecutive destruction of environment. Because of technical progress, acid rains, and other harmful influences we have almost no "clean" products. Industrial and chemical waste filters into ground waters, getting to the final result in a foodstuff.
